SEEKING MENTORS: Remember those days when you were a young working journalist, desperate for advice and perspective from news veterans who understood what you were going through? Now YOU are that veteran with a wealth of knowledge, and there are young journalists out there who need YOUR help.

SPJ currently has about 80 young journalists waiting to be matched through the Society’s Mentor Match-Up program. Don’t underestimate the impact you can make in their lives.

The program is open only to SPJ members. Journalists wanting to serve as mentors must have more than five years of professional experience.
